I’ve listed below a few activities and the amount of calories you can burn; you can try taking a dance or yoga class to mix it up as well. I love bicycling, because I enjoy being outside, especially when the weather is beautiful. Bicycling tones and tightens your butt, calves and hamstrings and who doesn't want that!
