Fitness Tips!

Fitness Tip 1:


Do you only have 30 minutes to workout?  Try this, warm up and spend just 5 minutes each on the treadmill, stair machine, bike and elliptical.


Fitness Tip 2:


Eat on time to put on muscle which burns fat.  Even if you have to set your alarm to off every 2-3 hours...just do it!


Fitness Tip 3:


Rest days are very important between workouts.  Always incorporate days of rest and recovery into your routine.
