Eating Clean is the Only Way!

I wanted to share with you before the New Year a few tips and foods to help you in your quest for eating clean.  This is the only way to get that lean body that you desire; of course this is in addition to working it out in the gym 3 to 4 times a week.  If I don't get in 5 days a week at the gym....I not in the best of moods.  I feel like I've cheated myself in my ultimate goal of staying in the best shape possible.

Okay, to start, keep in mind that olive oil, walnuts and natural peanut butter...just to name a few are more likely to help you lose weight and keep it off.  I've listed below some clean foods to put on your next grocery list...

1. Organic Natural Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast
2. Lean Ground Turkey
3. Greek Yogurt (I usually buy plain or vanilla and put in my own fruit)....less sugar!

4. Whole Wheat Bread or Ezekiel Bread
5. Tilapia
6. Brown Rice
7. Water, Water and more Water!!
8. And of course as many GREEN vegetables as possible (I each spinach every day!)

9. Green Tea (no sugar, sweeten with Stevia)

Get Ready for the New Year!

Welcome to my blog!  Well, its that time again for resolutions and more resolutions.  Stop!  Don't start your New Year off with a resolution, rather, begin your new year with GOALS.  Set reasonable goals for yourself, write them down and check them off as you accomplish each one.  We all want to be fit, lose weight and of course.....eat right.  Only two more days to 2012, get your pen and paper out and start writing.
